From mindfulness-based practices and meditations to Youth and Teen Mental Health First Aid training, mindful cooking classes, and self-care and support, we have something for everyone.
Mental Fitness for Teens is more than a program; it’s a movement to normalize mental fitness training, just as we normalize physical fitness training. By giving teens these tools early, we help create a generation that is more self-aware, resilient, compassionate, and mentally strong.
