About Mental Fitness for Teens

Our Programs

At Mental Fitness for Teens, we offer a wide range of programs to meet the needs and interests of young people in our community. From mindfulness-based practices and meditations to Youth and Teen Mental Health First Aid training, mindful cooking classes, and self-care and support, we have something for everyone.

Our Vision

Mental Fitness for Teens is more than a program; it’s a movement to normalize mental fitness training, just as we normalize physical fitness training. By giving teens these tools early, we help create a generation that is more self-aware, resilient, compassionate, and mentally strong.
