This certified training equips adults—parents, teachers, coaches, and community leaders—with the skills to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges in teens. Offered in partnership with the National Council of Mental Well-Being, this evidence-based Mental Health First Aid course teaches participants how to provide initial support, reduce stigma, and guide youth toward appropriate professional help. The Food & Mood Workshop connects mental health, nutrition, and mindfulness in a fun, hands-on way. Teens learn how food impacts mood, focus, and energy while practicing mindfulness through guided cooking. By slowing down, cooking with intention, and eating mindfully, participants develop a healthier relationship with food and gain tools to support both mental and physical well-being.

Today’s teens aren’t just dealing with screens—they’re dealing with AI-driven algorithms designed to keep them scrolling, comparing, and distracted.
Mental Fitness for Teens helps teens understand how the AI–screen cycle works—and how to break it.

Our Volunteering program helps teens build purpose, connection, and mental resilience by giving back to the community. Research consistently shows that volunteering is linked to improved mood, reduced stress and anxiety, stronger social connection, and a greater sense of meaning—key protective factors for mental health. Through partnerships with local and global non-profits, teens contribute to real-world causes while also leading their own service projects.
