Mental Fitness for Teens is organizing Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) programs in collaboration with certified instructors from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, offering age-appropriate training for teens, youth, and adults.
Together, these programs help build a stronger, more supportive community where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health.

Designed for high school students, this program teaches teens to recognize signs of mental health challenges in their peers, approach a friend in need, and connect them with trusted adults and support resources. Our youth programs offer a variety of activities and events to keep youth engaged, active, and learning. We provide a safe and supportive environment for youth to grow and develop their skills and interests.

This course is for parents, educators, coaches, and community members who work with young people. It focuses on identifying early signs of mental health or substance use challenges in youth and provides a structured approach to support and guide them toward appropriate help.

This program is designed for adults to better understand and respond to mental health challenges in other adults. Participants learn to recognize warning signs, provide initial support, and connect individuals with professional care and resources.
